1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the online service “Todolytics” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), operated by Luca Statek (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
The Service is intended for both consumers and businesses.
2. Description of Services
Todolytics is a web-based tool designed to conduct weekly reviews of tasks from the Todoist platform.
Users can define custom questions, connect their Todoist account, and perform structured reviews based on completed tasks.
The Provider is solely responsible for providing the described functionalities.
There is no entitlement to:
- Support for platforms other than Todoist
- Integration within the Todoist application itself
3. Registration and User Account
Use of the Service requires registration.
Registration is completed using an email address and password.
Users are obligated to keep their access credentials confidential and protect them from unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for all activities carried out under their account.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The contract for the use of the Service is concluded upon completion of the registration process.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
The Service is currently provided free of charge.
The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. In such cases, users will be informed in advance.
It may occur that certain features are restricted for existing users if they continue to use only the free version.
6. Use of the Service
Users may only use the Service within the intended functionalities.
Any misuse, in particular automated or system-disruptive use, is prohibited.
7. Availability and Modifications
The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Service.
However, continuous availability is not guaranteed.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time, either temporarily or permanently.
8. Data Processing and Storage
During the use of the Service, user-related content is stored, in particular:
- Questions
- Categories
- Filters
- Answers
Task data from Todoist is temporarily cached.
There is no entitlement to permanent data storage.
Data loss cannot be excluded.
9. Liability
The Provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable and typically occurring damage.
Liability for data loss, loss of profit, or other indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Provider assumes no liability for security incidents, data loss, or unauthorized access unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the Provider.
10. Termination and Suspension
Users may delete their account at any time.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in cases of abusive or abnormal usage behavior.

12. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory legal provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
13. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
